Kendall Booth is an agent we would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling real estate. We listed our unit complex of five with Kendall and from the word go she managed the whole process through till settlement with integrity, professionalism and humour . Not an easy task with a set of units as there was so many entry notices , inspections etc that Kendall managed to coordinate doing all relevant paperwork while building a great rapport with all unit tenants . This took so much pressure off us as landlords . Her negotiations with potential buyers were skill full but honest and her sense of humour put everyone at ease .
