When you read a review you look for a few key phrases to indicate a decision on using the business. I could write a million words to describe my experience with Patrick and team, however these words would not express the level of care, compassion and service received when selling my house. From the first point of call to the end of the sale process I cannot articulate how blessed I was to have this team looking after my sale. Beyond excellent communication, consistent updates, feedback, returned calls and not a single conversation was an issue. Every question always answered, engaged and knowledgeable. Guidance, honesty, integrity and patience with a difficult situation and with respect at all times. I can not say enough and will be truly always grateful for Patrick and the team.

From the start Patrick knew the Real Estate Market in our suburb of Warner. He had great confidence in what would be the best outcome for us. Our home sold very fast. Everything went smoothly and we would not hesitate in recommending Patrick and his team.

After reading some glowing reviews, I called Ethan to see if he could help me out with my father's property which I was selling from two states away. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He organised everything and made what I expected to be a stressful experience so easy and uncomplicated. The place needed some renovations to be liveable, and Ethan knew exactly what to do and who to call to make everything perfect for both me and the eventual buyer. This made the place much more marketable as well! I was especially impressed by his integrity because I wasn't keen on any band aid solutions which would disappoint a future buyer. This definitely wasn't the case. He worked so hard and my family and I are so grateful. If you need an agent who is an expert, warm, and hard working - call Ethan McCann.

My experience with Kera when we appointed her to sell our apartment was flawless. I am an overseas investor and had been communicating with Kera for 1 year before making the decision to list with her. From the beginning to the end of the process Kera went above and beyond my expectations and was extremely proactive in setting up viewings and providing prompt feedback. Her knowledge of the market, handling of potential buyers and good relations with my tenant ensured a positive result. She achieved well above the asking price we were expecting and then managed the buyer to completion of the process. I would thoroughly recommend her as a personable, friendly real estate professional who gets the best price for the her clients whilst ensuring the best outcome can be achieved according to the market.

Susan is the most hard working lady I have met. Susan is a professional to say the least. She is honest, keeps you updated on everything that is happening. Goes above and beyond to ensure that her client is happy. I could not have found a more perfect agent. I definitely recommend Susan to anyone that’s is either selling or buying.

Signing with Kris and Amanda was by far the best decision we made when choosing an agent. They took a genuine interest in our needs and went above and beyond our expectations! Not once did we feel uneasy or bamboozled as they are both amazing communicators and easy going. They felt like friends from day 1! Our house sold in 6 days, the marketing was tremendous and we are super thrilled to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Michelle had excellent knowledge of the area in which I purchased a house from her. She was calm, patient, held space for me and was not pushy in any shape nor form. Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty in the sale of 101/8 Spinnaker Drive, Sandstone Point.
