Errol knows a lot about what is going on in the industry. He gives honest, quality advice, is a straight shooter, and having met him first when he was working as the agent for the home we ended up buying, we were so impressed with his knowledge and negotiating skills that we ended up taking him on as the agent to sell our home as well. Not only is Errol a great agent, and I say that because he does not rest until you are in the home that he’s selling that you want, but he also has this unique ability to bring people together.
