We first met Mitch a couple of years ago, his name is everywhere in Riverbank! From the start, we appreciated his honesty and genuine care for our story, not just the sale. Even though we weren't ready then we knew we'd trust him when the time came. Fast forward to now, and we definitely made the right decision. His plans, marketing strategies, and buyer list were super impressive, and he got to work immediately. His market knowledge, especially in this area, is unmatched. We had offers after the first open home! We felt like we could let go and let him take care of the job. He's personable, well-connected, diligent and passionate about his work. If anyone was going to sell a premium home in Riverbank and sell the highest record sale home, it would be Mitch. We highly recommend him.

I met Kris & Amanda at the open inspection for our (now) new home. Both Kris & Amanda were friendly and very approachable. They were both knowledgeable, answering all of our property questions. We felt very confident putting in an offer and were quickly responded to at the promised time. We particularly liked how easy it was to contact the team between offer to settlement. They didn’t just get the sale and disappear. They accommodated our requests for access to the property during this period and were present each time even providing suggestions on things we might consider. They were extremely transparent and always forthcoming with the info we wanted and extra info they thought we might need. The experience as a whole has been extremely smooth. We felt looked after throughout the whole process and are now busy setting up our new home!

We first met Liz Armstong when we purchased our block of land in Millmerran. Liz made to whole process easy with her confidence and knowledge. No phone call went unanswered even on the weekends. We was extremely happy with Liz so when we decided to sell our family home in Brisbane Liz was on hand again. Liz travelled to Brisbane to hold our open home which was a success. I can 100% recommend Liz as she is the best.

Tracie advised us not to sell our property until we had somewhere to go, so we signed a contract subject to the sale of our property. We put our property on the market straight away and it took 3 1/2 weeks to sell with great conditions. Tracie convinced us to let her add a sunset clause to her contract and assured us it wouldn't get 'bitten' by the clause. All along she told us that the seller was very pleased that we were purchasing the property and Tracie knew we were only selling our property to purchase. However on the same day we signed a contract on our property , Tracie told us that her seller was accepting another contract, which was for no more money but what she claimed were better conditions. Therefore invoking the sunset clause. Needless to say we were gutted. We were obviously stupid to have trusted anything Tracie said. When I tried to message her (more than once) to find out if the pressure pump at the rear of the house was working, I got no answer from her.
