There a lots of agents out their, all offering a great service. I’ve sold 3 houses prior to this, and I’d rate them good, But Kerrie went off the scale of excellent. Always professional - but she had the human touch - she really cared about the situation we faced, and offered practical solutions - even bringing over some boxes, bubble wrap (and even did a TimTam run for me) when we were running out. It was like having your best friend as your agent - I couldn’t have asked for more...

I want to thank Carol for putting the effort into getting my townhouse sold. I had tried with 3 other Agents in Yeppoon to list and sell my townhouse, they were only interested in how much they could get out of me for advertising and auction's & once their 60 days were up they ask for more advertising money, they didn't even get the photos on the internet before they started doing open homes. It has been so frustrating dealing with the other agents. It has been so good to work with Carol, someone that was interested in selling my property (and not just how much advertising money they can get). Once again THANK YOU for all the hard work you put into the sale, even though the rental agent made it so hard for you to access the property.
