After searching and interviewing a number of agents, we found Patrick. Without prompting, he highlighted upgrades within the home and any fixtures/fittings/colours that would immediately add value. However Patrick was realistic about our property. He gave us a varied price range and justified this with examples of other comparable properties (ie land/house size, same added inclusions etc) that had been, already were, or soon to join the market. While he never promised to deliver a particular price, Patrick did indicate that what we sold for was possible should the right buyer come along. The promise he did make was to do his best to achieve the best price for our property. His open honesty was refreshing. He kept communication lines open, updating with any new developments. We found Patrick to be a reliable, trustworthy and professional agent who helped ease our way through what can be a very stressful process. Hi i have known Patrick, well before we listed our house with him best way I would describe our experience is, Patrick has, what is known as the gift of the gab, i think he tell's you what you want to hear in my opinion. Patrick , had our house for 7 month's, we went from a possible $670 to a possible $700 thousand , our house was alway's presented in pristine condition inside and out, it soon became apparent to us our house was not selling , while he had our house , he was able to list the house directly across the road from us, the house was built the same year as our's not much different in size from our's but a different layout, but, first open house it was sold , for $50 Thousand more than our's PLEASE EXPLAIN , even though Patrick told us he had 40 or more buyers through, we did not sell , he had 40 more people through , seeing he had, open houses's directly after his listing across the road,WE believe , the people where coming from across the road. You ask why we stayed with Patrick , it was going to cost us more money to go elsewhere, we finally did sell our house , for not even our rock bottom price, to all the people out there , who got, what Patrick said he could get, that's great , but for us that wasn't the case, my husband and i did not have a good experience, but i will add Patrick did give us back some of his commission, but even with that , we still did not achieve, what our lowest price was , why did we agree to the price we got , after 7 months , on the market , i was no longer coping with the stress, and Patrick insinuated , after so long on the market , he did not believe we would get a better offer, far cry from $670- $700 he insinuated he could possibly get for our property, was not till after , we sold we found out what price he sold the house across the road for , and my husband and i felt cheated, but i am sure there is a lot of people out there who are satisfied with his services , we aren't one of them .
