Ben was great! Especially as a first home owner that knew nothing about owning a new place or how it all worked he was very patient with all my questions. It made the process that little bit easier and knowing I had someone that wanted my best interests as well as the tenants and sellers was also reassuring.

We were so impressed with Kera's dedication to sell our Labrador unit. She achieved above asking price and a 3 week settlement. Kera had a hard job to sell as the unit next door was selling for $20k lower. Kera worked with everything we asked and achieved a better result than expected. Great work Kera we would highly recommend you and will definitely be asking you to sell for us again. Thank you :)

First of all Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Right form the start, Paivi and Leanne gave us the total opposite experience in selling our home to our previous agent . They both offered expert advise right from the beginning right through to settlement. They were very professional at all times, communication and feedback were relayed to us within half an hour at end of open home inspections. Would definitely use Paive and Leannne in the future and highly recommend them to any one wanting to sell their home.

We are so grateful to Gerard Black, facing an emotional sale of our mothers house a friend recommended Gerard. We were told it had been their experience, Gerard backed up everything he advised, communicating along the way and sold their property very quickly. We cannot extend our gratitude enough to Gerard who came around valued the house, offered a few pointers and then waited for us to be ready. Gerard obviously never stops working - as within a few weeks settlement was agreed upon. As a family we are very grateful to Gerard, for his dedicated and professional service. Gerard has been in contact with us since the sale of mums' home, ensuring the sale of the house was not only professional, but also quite personal. We will never hesitate to recommend Gerard Black and his services. Thank you very much.

Paivi helped us sell an Estate Property. Her communication was fantastic. She clearly understood how important any potential Buyers were to us as Sellers. She worked tirelessly on our behalf with honesty, intergrity and determination. Her feedback was forthcoming and at all times it was obvious our best interests were always her top priority. She went above and beyond our expections. I would recommend Paivi in a heartbeat! She is a great Agent!
