We live in New South Wales and listed our investment townhouse in Queensland with @Realty. Karen was very knowledgeable and timely in providing us with all of the information and documentation we needed throughout the sale process. Due to an issue with the bank the first time around we had to relist the property. Karen got it back up on the site and we had a buyer again within a very short time. The second sale went through without any problems and we're very appreciative of the effort Karen put in for us to sell the property so quickly after our tenants had to vacate during the first attempt.
