I contacted Jess as my listing with another agent was expiring. One phone call to Jess and she was almost at the door. Listing, photographs, advertising were all up and running within a couple of days. Jess kept me informed on a regular basis with feedback, Home Opens and advising me how things were going . Jess succeeded with the sale and obtained a price over and above what a previous agent had suggested dropping the sale price to, to enable a sale. Jess had a successful offer in on our property in less than a week. We had tried with other real estate agents in the past (twice in fact), but none of them were as professional, courteous, motivated or as understanding as Jess. If we were staying in Albany and buying another property we would be getting Jess to show us through prospective properties, it is how much we respect and trust her knowledge in the real estate industry in Albany. I have nothing but admiration and respect for Jess, she is an incredible real estate agent who gets the job done, but also listens and cares about what you need as a seller. Jess sold our investment property in a very difficult market. Her contacts and knowledge of the market helped a great deal. She was enthusiastic, proactive and once an offer was received, assisted a great deal in arranging contractors to meet our buyers conditions...assistance was forthcoming right up until the last day - good value for the fee!
