Valerie was amazing from the beginning, walking us through every phase from preparing the house for sale, knowing reasonable advertising price to selling and achieving our goals. She is local to the area, knew the area extremely well which was a bonus. Valerie was always highly professional and very easy to talk to. She kept us well informed after every open home/inspection of the property. With a little TLC Valerie could picture the potential of the house and used that to our advantage. We could not fault Valerie’s commitment, professionalism, friendliness, communication and the list goes on as she worked with and for us in selling the much loved family home.

My husband initially viewed our property at an open home that I was unable to attend. He liked the property, so we contacted Valerie to organise a time for me to view - she was incredibly accommodating and was more than happy to fit in with what worked for us. During our private inspection, our little boy was busy trying to explore, which made having a proper look somewhat difficult. Valerie picked up on this and came to the rescue, guiding him around the house and essentially giving him his own private tour! He loved it! From the initial viewing right through to settlement day, Valerie was amazing - warm, informative, thorough and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying our forever home!
