My husband initially viewed our property at an open home that I was unable to attend. He liked the property, so we contacted Valerie to organise a time for me to view - she was incredibly accommodating and was more than happy to fit in with what worked for us. During our private inspection, our little boy was busy trying to explore, which made having a proper look somewhat difficult. Valerie picked up on this and came to the rescue, guiding him around the house and essentially giving him his own private tour! He loved it!
