When deciding to proceed with the sale of our property we intended to obtain an initial appraisal from One Agency as well as 2 other agents who operate locally. However after meeting Luke from One Agency, we both agreed that he met the requirements of an agent with whom we would be happy. Our gut feelings were completely satisfied. Luke was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale and kept us informed on every step in the process on almost a daily basis. Our expectation was that our property would be on the market for at least 3-4 months, so we were exceptionally pleased that Luke was able to present us with offers within 10 days of it being advertised and negotiated a successful sale over the following 24 hours. Redmond has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We'd highly recommend him to our family and friends. He is extremely personable, friendly, patient, calming and well informed. He responded almost immediately to all messages, whether of concern, general query, follow up information, documentation review, clarification etc. (no question was a dumb question for us newbies!). The settlement process was extremely quick, easy and smooth. We used Redmond's recommendations for settlement and inspections - all to a high standard. Buying established always comes with general queries (old home, what to fix, what we need to do - buyer versus seller etc.). Redmond had all the information upfront, could answer all questions, was very well informed and extremely fair. He absolutely encouraged the best outcome for both buyer and seller throughout the entire process (us being buyer). We are heading from prior possession to settlement tomorrow and we could not be happier with our new home and the process with Redmond it took to get there (especially since we had heard a number of horror stories leading into this process from family and friends!).
