He was Not pushy, not superior to us the buyers but very real, relatable, understanding, very knowledgeable of the market and flexible! Appreciated his humour too and how he followed the book in his dealings with us. Many agents out there are harsh and try to take advantage of first home buyers like we were but Luke never did, not even once, he was honest but still managed to sweep us away and convince us to purchase the house because of his very relatable approach! The whole process of selling our house was smooth, easy, and hassle free, and from start to finish Lukes service was exemplary. In what was a very difficult market and where not many buyers were putting pen to paper, Luke and his team were able to secure a good price for me that I was happy to accept. He provided lots of evidence on what was selling and what wasn’t selling in the area, so that when the offer did come by – I was able to negotiate the very best price without losing the buyer.
