We could not have dealt with a more professional and honest real estate agent than Luke! He helped us purchase our first home and his professionalism and credibility was on display throughout the whole process. Everything he said he would do, he did. He went above and beyond to help us with any queries and made sure to work around our schedule. We will be recommending Luke to all our family and friends and will be keeping in contact should we need to use his services in the future. Thank you Luke!!!

Having spent the best part of 2 years searching and negotiating for a home, we met and dealt with several agents. Until we met Luke we were becoming disillusioned and distrusting of real estate agents. Luke’s honesty and transparency made the process not only easy, but pleasurable. I would not deal with anyone but him if I was selling my house. An honest and reliable real estate agent is a rare find.

Every single thing that Luke told us would happen, happened at the time he said it would. Luke is warm and friendly, professional and positive. Always happy to answer our questions and share his knowledge. We interviewed 4 agents all together and Luke was definitely a stand-out for us. Thankyou!

Thanks to Luke for being such a great and top notch agent to work with! He was Not pushy, not superior to us the buyers but very real, relatable, understanding, very knowledgeable of the market and flexible! Appreciated his humour too and how he followed the book in his dealings with us. Many agents out there are harsh and try to take advantage of first home buyers like we were but Luke never did, not even once, he was honest but still managed to sweep us away and convince us to purchase the house because of his very relatable approach! We will definitely contact Luke in future again for any real estate management or sales! Great job Luke!

You will do well in the industry. I was actually considering going with Ursela Wachmer a friend who is principal dealer at Clarkson but i saw something in you that i recognized and wanted to give the under dog a go (next to Alen Reay......no underdog) no disrespect. We have been that little guy trying to earn respect in a trade. Well done to you. Still got building and termite inspections but all going well i will definatly be putting the word out to friends on your behalf. (Another on corner to Chadstone just up from 68 Chadstone same situation as me on her own our kids all went to school together and now kids have moved out so she wants to sell AND buy locally but smaller. So you will owe me a bottle of johnny for that should it work out for you. Hey man have a ripper holiday and relax. Regards Marianne Muhling

Luke was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the recent purchase of our property. He is very professional, has great communication skills and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke. Thankyou again Luke, without you on our side the 'unique' selling terms of our home would have been a lot harder to deal with. We look forward to dealing with you in the future.

The whole process of selling our house was smooth, easy, and hassle free, and from start to finish Lukes service was exemplary. Very informative, fantastic communication, and a very understanding guy. At no point did we feel as though we were being "sold to" and he made sure that each decision around the sale was ours, but a well informed one thanks to his knowledge and assistance. Luke is an asset to his team and we could not recommend him highly enough.

In what was a very difficult market and where not many buyers were putting pen to paper, Luke and his team were able to secure a good price for me that I was happy to accept. He provided lots of evidence on what was selling and what wasn’t selling in the area, so that when the offer did come by – I was able to negotiate the very best price without losing the buyer.
