In what was a very difficult market and where not many buyers were putting pen to paper, Luke and his team were able to secure a good price for me that I was happy to accept. He provided lots of evidence on what was selling and what wasn’t selling in the area, so that when the offer did come by – I was able to negotiate the very best price without losing the buyer.
