Victor sold my newly developed house in Plympton, being on a main road and close to an industrial factory it did present its challenges. Other Agents who I spoke to, tried to adjust my expectations on price and almost advise I should sell it cheaper to soften the properties weaknesses. However, Victor was the only Agent who highlighted to me all of it's strengths! He advised me on how to present and prepare the property for sale to ensure all of the properties positive features were correct before launching the property.
