When the time came to sell our home of 27 years we immediately contacted Marco. Having had a previous professional experience with Rich & Oliva involving another property a few years ago, we had no desire to make contact with any other agency. Marco was good enough to field some of our initial calls while on a family weekend away, & once our home was listed the whole marketing & inspection process went very smoothly. We were kept informed of progress at all times. The property was subsequently sold prior to auction, a process which involved Marco carrying out some negotiations outside of normal business hours.
