I just sold my apartment in Croydon Park and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the price received, I purchased the apartment From Marco at Rich & Oliva back in 2015 after he sold our property in Belfield for us. Every time we employed Marco and Rich and Oliva we received outstanding service and great prices this is the third transaction with this firm, I can highly recommend this team.

We bought our house from Marco at Rich and Oliva in 2018 and were very happy with the professional and friendly service we received then. When we decided to sell our home three years later we knew that we wanted to sell with Marco and his team. Again we received the same great service, professionalism and attention to detail which gave us a great result at auction. Marco has always been very honest, knowledgable and approachable. We highly recommend Marco and his team at Rich and Oliva and look forward to working with them again in the future!

The sales rep was professional, well presented and prompt with telephone responses. Knowledgeable and always ready to seek alternative solutions (through the Rich & Oliva team) to tricky situations. Pleasant personality and was assisted with my multi visits. The purchase process was smooth and a pleasant experience. The open house was well staged, clean and inviting throughout. This was a gem of a place.

We were so pleased to have engaged Marco from Rich & Oliva to sell our family home. He & his team provided professional, responsive & seamless service from the first meeting to auction day. It couldn't have been a smoother process. We always felt well informed as Marco provided frequent updates & feedback throughout the entire campaign. An agency with extensive local knowledge of the market was important to us & Marco clearly demonstrated this. He was successful in bringing many genuine buyers and achieved an outstanding result for us on auction day that exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to Marco & the Rich & Oliva team for all of their efforts.

Marco is a an attentive, genuine & helpful agent who went above and beyond to help us purchase our first torrents title home! Purchasing real estate can be a stressful process but Marco was always upfront and honest & we really appreciated this. We felt that Marco never led us on in any way throughout our property search. He has integrity which we felt was lacking in other major agencies in our area. We would recommend Rich & Oliva. Thank you Marco! Betty

Once again, we are pleased to have chosen the team at Rich & Oliva to sell our property. We originally used the team to sell a property in Croydon Park. Now having moved to Ashbury we required selling this home there was only one choice. Through their strong presence in the Ashbury area, they did a fantastic job in selling our home. Not only Marco gave us a realistic price of what the home was worth, he did also put together a great marketing plan and stuck with it until the property was sold for a figure that we were happy with. They incorporated a good combination of the latest technology, online marketing along with old fashioned know how, to get the property sold for a great price. I highly recommend this local team to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

Rich and Oliva went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a unit, meeting me twice outside scheduled open home viewing times to inspect the property prior to purchase, and providing access to the property on two occasions prior to settlement to inspect the unit and plan minor improvements, so I could have the property tenanted as soon as possible after completing my purchase. Agents and staff were courteous and straightforward in their dealing with me. Highly recommend their services.

Rich and Oliva sold my property, Marco was responsive with phone calls and texts and Suzanne was helpful and quickly responded to emails. It was easy to organise marketing photos and layout in preparation for the open inspections. Marco provided suggestions on how to prepare our home for the sale and made it easy for us by visiting us at home to discuss the valuation and just prior to the first inspection. I'm glad we went with Rich and Oliva!
