We have been fortunate to contract Matthew Everingham as our agent for the sale of our properties twice now and on both occasions the experience has been seamless, swift and successful. Matthew is a true professional in his field and always a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend engaging Matthew for your realestate business.

This was our first experience since the early 1970’s dealing with an agent. Matthew and the team were not only professional in all aspects of our sale but understood and worked with us in the sale of our family home that we raised a family and lived in for the last 50years. I highly recommend Matthew and his team to anyone thinking or buying or selling a property.

Matthew made me feel confident from the start that my business was personal to him. I felt that he always had my personal interests at the forefront. He had the knowledge of the property market required to achieve a result above what could have been expected.

Jackson’s personable approach to realestate is a breath of fresh air. He is dedicated, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. After months of searching for a first home Jackson’s knowledge and professionalism allowed me to purchase with confidence. He has provided prompt and clear communication throughout the whole process. Jackson maintains his friendly and approachable manner at each of his open homes and with everyone he meets. It is great to deal with someone who is so clearly passionate about what they do.

We met Jackson at an open inspection for a property we were interested in. Despite not being ready to purchase at the time, Jackson gave us ample information and attention. When it came time to sell our property we knew we had to go with Jackson. As your agent, he makes you feel as if you are his only client. He is always available on the phone, provides regular updates and is frank and honest in his advice. We never felt pressured to take a particular course of action, and when we were hesitant Jackson was more than willing to take the time to explain the strategy. Considering our property was on the lower end of the price range in our area, we were always impressed with how Jackson's enthusiasm for customer service matched how monumental this process is for a first time vendor. Thanks Jackson, and we hope we get to work with you in some capacity in the future!

Our experience with Jackson was fantastic. He was committed to get the best outcome for us, was always available with good expert advice, and he is personable and so easy to get along with. He managed to get our place sold on action with overwhelming interest and well above our reserve (much more than we expected) so we would definitely recommend Jackson and we'll work with him again.

Worked all hours of the day and night to get the best result. Very happy with the whole experience and the result. Will defiantly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

Professional and excellent agent. Quick sale in such difficult time with an unexpected high price compare to similar property on the market at the same time.
