From first meeting with Richard he was upbeat & positive to deal with. Richard is passionate, knowledgeable & dedicated to getting the best results possible, providing a full circle of professional help, working a great sales strategy in a short period of time during the Covid19 climate &, achieved a great outcome with sincerity & empathy. Throughout the campaign Richard kept me well informed when anything needed attention with thorough weekly meetings on real estate climate, interested purchasers, & sales strategies. Richard’s methods are effective & well thought out. Offering input for my repurchase, advice & help does not end with settlement. Working with Richard was a fantastic experience, I can not recommend him highly enough.

Selling my parent's home in Croydon was an absolute pleasure with Richard. As soon as I met him I knew I was in safe hands. His knowledge of the area, contacts and team made it a breeze. He would always go the extra mile to ensure I was informed and happy with every detail of the sale. He sold the house for more then what I was expecting in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic which demonstrates his dedication and skill.

Cherry had been very helpful and transparent through out the sale process. We were always kept informed about the sale process during its difference phase. from the beginning to the end when the property was sold. The sale process with Cherry and Ken was an extremely positive one and they were able to provide practical and informative suggestions for the preparation of the property and the auction process, with their thorough knowledge of the local market. We are extremely delighted at the sale price achieved by the professionals at Richard Matthews.
