Selling during the COVID 19 pandemic with its ban on open-houses and on-site auctions was looking to be a challenge. He quickly demonstrated his knowledge of the local property market, provided property comparisons from recent sales and gave a frank assessment of the uncertainty in current market conditions. I was looking for a property for long time however, I couldn't find a right one. Moreover, due to my long working days and hours, I was not very flexible to attend open homes on Saturdays. However Hiroyoshi was kindly offered me open home after work during weekdays for many times. This generous man was very dedicated to welcome his client during open home and passionate to give useful ideas and information about property. During my long journey to buy a house, he was very prompt to my request compare to any other agents and therefore, I could find a dream house!
