I first met Cherry on the auction day and it was the time I saw the property too. The accurate information Cherry gave me on the day let me made up mind to get the property on the day. I won the auction at the end. Throughout the settlement process, Cherry and the other agent Ken have been friendly and supportive. The vendor was very patient too. I inspected the property twice before inspection and Cherry was there each time for the duration of the inspection. The vendor gave us very thorough run through of the property including the maintenance of the pool. After settlement, Cherry was still in communication with the vendor to help me with some further inquiry.

Our experience began with Ken when we started talking through the process of selling the family home, as well as discussing the current realities of the local & Sydney market. Based on our input, Ken provided ideas on buyers that may have fit the wants/needs that our type of home offered and most importantly what we may expect in finding with people interested in our unique home within a conservation area. To start, Ken spent time talking about the pros/cons of the house/community. We were very indecisive as vendors, so we definitely tested Ken’s knowledge about local community, potential buyers, and although challenging, were never disappointed with his responses. Most important to us, Ken was always honest with us about what he thought during the whole process, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart.
