Made a moderate effort, but did not take enough trouble to sell our property at the best price, and completely failed on follow-through once the contract was signed. Did not acknowledge our messages, and did not make any contact, even when we contacted him. We had to prompt. Quite disappointed with the the lack of after-sales service.
