Melissa Pavleska is the best property manager we could ask for. She helps me rent out my property in a very short time in a very friendly manner. She always goes above and beyond to look after us as a landlord and the property itself. She is prompt when actioning any issues and always resolves quickly while keeping us up to date and contacted at all times. A pleasure to deal with.

R & W Rooty Hill are truly one of the best real estate companies we've had, we wish we found them sooner. In particular, Kya is always on top of everything, great and fast communication, constant updates, organised, professional and has always been available whenever we need her. She is a one of a kind property manager and has made everything so simple and stress free for us. Thank you so much Kya and team!

I have been with Richardson and wrench Rooty hill since 2009 and i have nothing to complain about. They have been managing my property with expertise and involve me in inspections as well,so am kept informed of whats going on. When i was informed that my previous tenant was moving out,i told Kayla what my intentions were and she worked with me throughout my objectives to accomplish them. She also took time to screen and come up with the right person to rent my home.Very satisfied with the process.
