R & W Rooty Hill are truly one of the best real estate companies we've had, we wish we found them sooner. My experiance has been swift,professional and satisfying.
I have been with Richardson and wrench Rooty hill since 2009 and i have nothing to complain about.They have been managing my property with expertise and involve me in inspections as well,so am kept informed of whats going on. When i was informed that my previous tenant was moving out,i told Kayla what my intentions were and she worked with me throughout my objectives to accomplish them. She also took time to screen and come up with the right person to rent my home.Very satisfied with the process.

Great Property Manager
Kya is a very diligent, punctual, knowledgeable, and approachable Property Manager. She recently helped us with releasing our property which needed some work. Honestly the best agents.
