Our agent Kayla is always available to answer our every questions regarding our lease. She’s helped us in every way that she can in the process of our lease extension so it was smooth sailing for us all the way. We know that she is is honest to us in her dealings with us. And we are lucky and glad that she is our agent. She performs her job in a very professional way and at the same level there is a touch of being personal as well as she treats us with so much respect. And I highly commend her for this.

I have had my property managed with Melissa and the team at R&W for a touch over 3 years now, in that time the communication from all team members has been first class. To date they have been diligent with inspections and all other relevant requirements in relation to the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

I've been a client of R&W Rooty Hill for many years and they've never let me down. No matter who I'm dealing with, they've always come across as knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and understanding. Roy, Kelly, Kayla to name a few. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a great property agent.

I’m so happy my apartment was leased out and for the price I wanted. Everything went smoothly and seamlessly. Kayla walked me through the applications that she received to lease my apartment and throughly checked references. Kayla also did her research before our initial meeting, had all the information I required to lease out my apartment and also had done a compare of other properties for lease in the area and worked out what rent other properties where asking for. I highly recommend Kayla to be the property manager of your investment property.

Kayla Fenech and Meshel Bahnam are a wonderful sales agent and property manager. I had been overwhelmingly impressed with their dedication, enthusiasm and work ethic throughout. They kept me up to date throughout the whole leasing process, and provided a great advice to ensure it all went smoothly. I will be using Kayla Fenech and Meshel Bahnam again in the future for anything I do in property and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do the same.

I met Great House I have ever inspected. I asked open house staff to give me the opportunity of living in this house. He did his best to show the process on going. I followed his processes, then getting approval. I am so happy in this house. I'd like to live here until buying my house. William Kim
