I would highly recommend Scott, he was methodical in the sales process and helped with every single step along the way from marketing, staging advice, setup of the home and was diligent in changing up marketing/photos for our listing through out the campaign. He negotiated a higher price than the first offer even in this market. I would certainly use Scott again if I were to sell again in the future.
