I found Francois was able to explain all the details of the selling process very clearly. The process seemed to have changed in the 18 years since I last sold a property so it was good to be able to rely on his expertise. Moreover he did not seem to mind when I repeated a question, needing a little more explanation. Best wishes, Francois!

Francois of Richardson and Wrench helped us buy a home in Woy Woy. Being our first home we had so many questions and things we didn’t know. Francois was super helpful at answering all of our questions, educating us and making requested adjustments. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and a nice guy too. Thanks!

We were pleasantly surprised by Scott's enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication when we first engaged him in selling our property in Umina. He was always able to provide his honest opinion and suggestions to our needs and his ability to make the sale easy and comfortable throughout was a plus. Although this was the first time we dealt with Scott, but it has been our best experience by far. His work was of high standard, he was very engaging and informative. I highly recommend to use Scott's service again in the future.

I have known Scott professionally and personally for many years and he never disappoints. This is the second property Scott has sold for us and he has always gone above and beyond expectations. Regular advice and feedback are extremely important for a vendor during the sales process and Scott ensured that we were kept informed every step of the way. Scott has always shown honesty and integrity beyond reproach and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone thinking of buying or selling property on the Central Coast. Thanks again Scott for your diligence and efforts in securing us a successful sale.

For us, a real-estate agent needs to walk that fine line between the vendor and ourselves, the purchaser. At no time did we ever feel that Damien was placing the vendors interests above ours. He was helpful, returned all our calls and kept us up to date with all developments. - A good bloke to deal with!
