We have always told Scott Wilson that when we were in a position to sell our property we would appoint him as the agent. In other words he was on a promise with us. When we decided to sell we contacted Scott and he was very professional and knowledgable about the local market. He told us right from the start how much he thought our property would achieve and initially advertised it for slightly more, just to gauge the market. He arranged the open for inspections and immediately after each open house he phoned us to report on the number of people who attended the Open for Inspection and told us their comments. After four weeks of Open for Inspections he told us the price range our property would achieve and was always positive and professional.
