Smooth, easy, friendly and professional
For us, a real-estate agent needs to walk that fine line between the vendor and ourselves, the purchaser. At no time did we ever feel that Damien was placing the vendors interests above ours. Friendly, Kind, Clear and Upfront
Our experience with Francois was one of straight forwardness & co-operation but also we weren't left wondering where we stood in our negotiation with the vendor. This worked for us as we were relatively new to the home buying experience. After we agreed to the the purchase he kept us informed and updated as we went along. Experience with Francois Duverge
I wish to acknowledge the value of the assistance of Francois Duverge in the sale of my Unit No. 2, 28-30 Pratley Street, Woy Woy. On his advice the furniture was removed to storage in the garage leaving exposed the cleanliness of the walls and good condition of the carpet throughout. The engagement of a stylist, a service which I had not previously known about, was money very well invested and helped present the unit at its best. The hoped for quick sale was achieved at a price exceeding both my expectations and hopes. I was satisfied to give Francois the task of handling this sale after dealing with him in securing our recently acquired retirement home here at Umina Beach Barry Bridges

Very caring and accommodating
