We have always told Scott Wilson that when we were in a position to sell our property we would appoint him as the agent. In other words he was on a promise with us.

He also arranged for all the other Sales People at his office to attend and view the property so that they could recommend it to their clients.
After four weeks of Open for Inspections he told us the price range our property would achieve and was always positive and professional. He found a buyer and arranged for the buyer to visit the property and inspect the Body Corporate records and this resulted in an offer, in the price range he had suggested which we accepted. He has always been truthful, professional and positive in his views and we are very happy that he achieved an excellent result for our property and we would recommend him to anyone in this area who wishes to deal with an honest and helpful Agent who achieves excellent result.
