As an elderly person buying for the first time on my own, Francois made this much easier for me. He was very accomodating in organising second viewings to fit into my family’s schedule. If he couldn’t be their himself, he got John to do it. He kept me informed of places coming on the market that he thought would suit me. His professionalism was always a positive quality we valued. He had helpful suggestions and was able to refer cleaners and handymen to assist us in preparing the property for market. John always gave us feedback from the Open House days and private viewings and his positive attitude was always welcomed.
