Excellent agent.
During the pre sale process Damien provided honest and expert advice for how to best prepare our house for sale. Damien provided us with regular updates and feedback from potential buyers and was always punctual, polite and professional. We were absolutely thrilled to learn that our house sale achieved a street record! This has enabled us to achieve a great new start in a new area. A huge thank you to Damien. Great Agent
Of the 6 agents we invited to view our property Francois immediately stood out because of his presentation, professional approach & realistic appraisal . The first two weeks our property was shown we had four offers , one of which Francois negotiated to a figure above asking price. Great Agent

Highly Recommended
I used another agent for three months prior to engaging Scott with no result and very poor communication. As soon as I engaged Scott he was straight onto getting the property sold. I do not normally rate reviews as being perfect, however there was nothing more that I could have asked for Scott to do for me. The house was sold within three weeks and it sold for a good price. Through out the period Scott kept me well informed and at no time did i feel he was not acting in my best interest. I highly recommend Scott to anyone that wants to get the best result.

Excellent service and communication
Damien was our choice from the minute he walked in the door. His professional approach to our sale and our needs were met in every way. He created interest in the market before the house was even on the market. Being a unique type of house we felt he understood its quirkiness and embraced it. Listed on the internet on Wednesday and sold on the following Saturday. What more can we say. Excellent job Damien. Very good agent
Damien, spent the time to help me find the house I was looking for. He fielded many calls and always called me back to answer any questions as soon as possible. He even came to the property on his day off to deliver the keys and make sure everything was smooth. He always behaved in a professional manner and it was a always a pleasant experience talking to him. I would certainly recommend him.

Just like a Terrior!
Scott Wilson was with us to the end. through the good times when we began the sale with lots of smiles and hope, and when nobody came to the showings he always had a smile and a laugh to keep our spirits high!! He would say it will sell don't worry.... At the end he was as excited as we were and shared our happiness. We could not fault Scott and R&W. Would recommend Scott to anyone, he never gives up!!!
