I'M A VERY HAPPY LANDLORD
Roberts' Property Services has been managing my two rental properties for about 3 or more years now. I'd spent years moving from one real estate agent to the next and always seemed to have to do their work for them, to get it done properly, making me wonder why I bothered with any of them. Alysha at Roberts' (Property Manager) was recommended to me, and I'd known Colin (Sales) through business before, so I gave them a go. I spelled out very definitely that they had 6 months to impress me. If need be, I'd manage the properties myself - it could only be less frustrating than the run around I'd had with many other agents! Well, years have passed and I am so very, very grateful I turned to Roberts'! These people do their job and always go the extra mile. They are fair to both landlords and tenants, and they communicate well and effectively to sort out any issues, whether manitenance, leasing or just problems in general. I had to completely renovate our two properties within a 3 month period, and the help and support I had from Alysha, Colin and the team was more than I could have ever expected. I really feel like I am considered a part of their well-running team, my tenants and I are valued, and I'm extremely happy with their courteous, polite interactions. They almost feel like family now as we've worked so well together. For me, being with Roberts' Property Srevices has been absolutely wonderful, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Make the change, you will not regret it.
