Our dealings with Alysha were friendly and professional. Our only gripe was the general cleanliness of the property which, in our 11 years of rental experience in Australia, fell short of the standards usually required by landlords and their agents when tenants vacate properties they have rented. If the previous tenants were not prepared to leave the property spotless then Agent should have called professional cleaners in to do the necessary and costs deducted from the rental bond. The alley on south side of property where water tanks located and garbage bins stored was littered with large accumulation of dead leaves and some garbage scraps. We, as the new tenants, also found the need to personally fix certain things malfunctioning, e.g. Bathroom sliding door off it’s rail, pop up bathroom basin plugs/drains rusted/clogged with gunge, En-suite basin plug jamming and drainage blocked, temporarily blocked en-suite toilet, broken gate latch to gate on western side of property (welded, painted and reattached to gate by us).
