I have used Robinson Property to manage my residential rental property for the past 5 years or so and they have been excellent on the three occasions during the tenancy period and when I have had to obtain a new tenant. The initial process to obtain new tenants has always been simple and straightforward from the time of marketing through open house and eventual tenant selection. Robinson Property are very professional in their ongoing management of the property and their tenant selection has always shown to be extremely thorough which is evidenced by the past tenants leaving the property in excellent condition at the end of the lease term.
