We have used the Robinson team for several years with our investment property. They have always provided great service and have been good with identifying quality tenants. Their financial reporting is also great and easy for tax time. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am happy that I leased with Robins property. Speaking with everyone in the team helped me get what I asked about. Thanks
Robinson Property
Overall the staff have been helpful and kind, they probably could get better at informing us of things we have asked about but I do understand that the realestate industry is so busy at the moment that they probably have so many clients to deal with.

I'd describe Roninson Property as world class in their communication & professionalism & would recommend them to everyone

Through the process of viewing and applying for the house they have been willing and engaging to communicate with, and since moving in have helped us fix a couple issues we'd previously not realised the house had.

I contacted Robinson to manage my property as I was moving out of it, and looking for tenants. Very shortly they organised pictures and marketing for the property. Within 3 weeks they had found tenants for a good rent which is a great outcome. However I found the communication during the whole process not optimum (I had to chase up for updates a few times) and same since (I had to contact them a couple of times again to know how the tenants had settled in). I would have appreciated more upfront and proactive communication from the managing agent, even if it’s just to say everything is going well and there is nothing to report.

In the short time that I have been with Robinson Rental they have been really friendly, professional and responsive. Thanks!

We recently rented a property through Robinson Property and it was a very easy, efficient experience. They responded to all of our queries quickly and resolved any issues we faced.
Robinson Property
Kylie is approachable and always responds to our concerns and requests promptly. The communication is excellent and leaves us nothing to worry. We are very happy for the service.

We have been using Robinsons for a number of years and I am happy with their professionalism and willingness to help. Being quite a big agency with different agents in different roles, there have been a couple of times where we have found it hard to quickly get on to the right person for a specific issue, but overall we would definitely recommend.
Robinson Property
I received the best support through Robinson, I could tell they wanted to get a house to me as quick as possible and with the market this tough I’m very impressed. Will always be back supporting Robinson property
Robinson Property
