Not a great one with the agent being pretty stiff lip kind. Maybe its to do with my ethnicity.
Looked like I was the last in the race. haha. The agent was not helpful at all and her communication was very disinterested kind. I am used to it by now but didn't expect it from a top firm like Robinson.
One example of her behavior was when I asked her whether I can do an International transfer she bluntly said only Bpay so when I said then let's drop as I don't have a bank account in Australia and then only she gave details for International Payment.
Guess its to do with my ethnicity otherwise, she would not have dared. My apologies if I am being blunt but doesn't it help to improve?
