I have dealt with Robinsons as managing agent of my rental property for many years. They are the best agents I have ever dealt with. I also like receiving their regular property market updates which gives good market updates, something that I never received from other managing agents.

I've been a property investor for many years, and have had more than half-a-dozen property managers in that time. Robinson is the best that I have dealt with. They're the most reliable, thorough, responsive, and friendly. They treat me well, and they treat my tenants well. Highly recommended.

Robinson Property has provided me with a great rental. They have been fast to fix most minor issues we have had with the property! I have rated them 4/5 stars as their communication hasn’t always been the best but is always lovely!

Very pleased with the way Robinsons managed the replacement tenancy, promptly finalising the previous tenant exit and arranging new tenant inspections, verifications, rental rate increase and lease finalisation. Karen Tannock and Demi McGinty the attending agent worked well on this. I was kept sufficiently informed.

Thank you for leasing my property so quickly to such nice people. The care and attention you gave throughout was noticeable and much appreciated. The recommended trades for the little fix-ups were great too!
