The process of leasing your property out can be overwhelming but Julie and the Robinson team made it so easy and fuss free. They communicated through every step and were super helpful and knowledgeable about the market and trades/services I ended up using to get my property ready. I got great results and there was a tenant in my property in no time. I would definitely recommend Robinson for their property management services, I have no complaints at all.

Robinson have managed two properties for us over the past ten years. They quickly fill properties with suitable tenants. Robinson effectively communicate any issues and deal with them promptly. They have gone beyond what is necessary when dealing with storm damage. Would highly recommend!

We decided to apply for a rental with Robinson Property and although we had little to no knowledge and experience, we were guided throughout the whole process. I was impressed with the communication I received from the whole team as well, in fact I don’t think our process would’ve happened so fast if it weren’t for their consistent hard work. It took us 5 days, yes 5 days to get this amazing place, (which also just so happened to be our very first house inspection as well) - and it wouldn’t have happened without the help of everyone involved. We are so grateful for their great efforts and I have since been recommending them to coworkers and peers because of just how impressed we are.

My relationship with Robinson Property has spanned 16 years with the purchase of my first investment property. From that time they have supported me with finding suitable tenants for all my properties. On some occasions Robinson P. have secured extra long term tenants (one property - 12 years) but when that time comes for people to move on the most important next step for me is for a quick and seamless changeover of occupancy. This is where Robinson Property step up to insure that this is a stress free experience and they support this with their great communication skills. All these great results are achieved by their market knowledge and professional team.

Recently was approved for a rental property through Robinson Real Estate. From the day of the approval and up to and including the day of signing the lease. The communication and information given was impeccable. Very professional team and easy to approach with any concerns.
