From the moment I wandered into the Mapleton office to enquire about a listed property and met Roger, I immediately knew that I was in a safe pair of hands. Roger is genuinely friendly, honest & trustworthy, and he has an extensive practical knowledge of the local district, market and topography. Unlike many agents I have unfortunately had experience with in the past, he is a great listener and really goes out of his way to carefully understand and then meet your needs & expectations rather than just engage in high-pressure sales tactics. Rodger arranged an inspection of the property for me at extremely short notice and then a further inspection a few days later when my partner flew up; both times the house was fully opened-up, lights on and ready to view when we arrived and Roger was unobtrusive and let us take as much time as we needed to look things over and come to a decision. Roger was also able to recommend an excellent local conveyancer to me, oversaw the building & pest inspection, and even arranged to do the pre-purchase inspection for me as I was travelling overseas at the time of settlement. I cannot recommend Roger Loughnan highly enough; he is a true gentleman and local expert for the district with extensive market knowledge & experience and is absolutely wonderful to deal with.

From the initial discussion, we were completely confident in Roger and Monica’s integrity, professionalism and competence to achieve the fair response and result that we desired. Throughout the marketing process to completion of all relevant detail resulting from a totally satisfactory outcome, we were favoured by competent, thoughtful and well-considered advice and support. The ‘team’ went far above and beyond in every circumstance. In particular, both Roger’s and Monica’s dedication to the best possible outcome featuring fairness and honesty, were enduring and much appreciated characteristics. Their management of all known real estate matters is highly recommended.
