A True Professional
Roger’s professional and kind approach to his job made buying our property far less stressful than expected. His excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of the hinterland as well as the real estate industry were evident throughout our dealings. Professional and Easy
Roger and his team made the whole sale so easy. I was selling for the first time, unsure of the process but Roger guided me through and went above and beyond to help however and wherever he could. Monica enabled the most delightful, caring and professional property purchase experience.
When the planets align they align, however, our experience with Monica was empathic, responsive and enabled. This, our 4th house purchase on our life path was by far the most professional, caring and decisive moment in life fuelled by the decision to move forward in our life path. Monica made everything possible and I could not help but think about the amount of time this wonderful person puts into the seller and the purchaser experience, neither are privileged above the other. Monica has an incredible ability to read the room when standing in the garden and manages to unite the buyers' experience with the sellers' movement forward. An incredibly caring soul and completely realistic process, I don't want to buy another place, but I'm pretty sure we will ask Monica before we do!

A Refreshing, Genuine Real Estate Experience
We recently purchased our new home through Monica, and it was such a refreshing experience compared to many agents we’ve dealt with while searching for a property. She’s what we’d call a good old-fashioned real estate agent—honest, helpful, and focused on people rather than pressure or sales tactics. There was no pushy approach, no gimmicks, and none of the nonsense we’ve come across with other agents recently. Communication was great the whole way through, and we always felt informed and comfortable with the process. We’re really happy with the purchase and would happily work with Monica again.

Local is best
We placed our beautiful property and home of 23 years, with Roger because he is local and knows the area well. Like us he loves living at Kureelpa. What we didn't expect was to sell it so quickly. Our heads are still spinning. Roger and Monica are so professional and worked well to sell our property. We thoroughly recommend them to sell your property.

Roger provided exceptional personalised service and genuine country hospitality
From the moment I wandered into the Mapleton office to enquire about a listed property and met Roger, I immediately knew that I was in a safe pair of hands. Roger is genuinely friendly, honest & trustworthy, and he has an extensive practical knowledge of the local district, market and topography. Unlike many agents I have unfortunately had experience with in the past, he is a great listener and really goes out of his way to carefully understand and then meet your needs & expectations rather than just engage in high-pressure sales tactics. Rodger arranged an inspection of the property for me at extremely short notice and then a further inspection a few days later when my partner flew up; both times the house was fully opened-up, lights on and ready to view when we arrived and Roger was unobtrusive and let us take as much time as we needed to look things over and come to a decision. Roger was also able to recommend an excellent local conveyancer to me, oversaw the building & pest inspection, and even arranged to do the pre-purchase inspection for me as I was travelling overseas at the time of settlement. I cannot recommend Roger Loughnan highly enough; he is a true gentleman and local expert for the district with extensive market knowledge & experience and is absolutely wonderful to deal with.
