We found Roger very professional, although I am not a fan of the Dutch Auction technique with any benefits mostly accruing to the seller and agent! We would also suggest that agents take more time and care in researching the neighbourhood hood to discover potential developments and not relieve solely on the integrity of the seller. It was a most distressing experience to discover developements after signing.

Roger and Monica are truthful, honest and reliable. I asked from day one for them to do this, as this is how I am, and I needed people who were going to treat a future buyer with the same respect. I needed a chain for the driveway, Roger bought and paid for the chain and locks. One day, he was pulling out weeds in my garden.
