As we had bought our home 11 years ago through Roger Loughnan Real Estate, we had no hesitation in seeking their help once again when we decided to move on to our next chapter. From Day 1 we felt confident that Roger and Monica were doing everything possible to market and sell our home. During the process we were always let know how inspections had gone, and what was planned re advertising. Because of the professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by Roger, Monica and Susan, we highly recommend Roger Loughnan Real Estate.

Monica was an excellent agent and highly knowledgeable. We found Monica to be very calm and understanding during some unexpected delays caused by finance. She explained the situation well and we got it over the line. Communication is key in any transaction, and Monica was fabulous. Thank you.

Thank you Monica for helping us land the Farm of a lifetime, your calmness and kindness was very warming. So good to deal with a agent that doesn't push or convince you into buying a property. Honestly your a cut above the rest. Thank you again and will be HIGHLY recommending you to everyone. We personally give you the agent of the year.

Monica has lived and worked in the Hinterland for many years, this shows in her understanding and knowledge of rural properties. Her agency has an established client base of buyers to draw on and is greatly respected in the area. Monica has great patience and diplomacy, her communications are friendly, helpful and always professional. My property sale was not without challenges but Monica helped me navigate through all of them. Monica was able to achieve a swift sale and a good price without any pressure to go to auction, additional marketing costs or hidden fees.

Monica is an extraordinary realestate professional. She has always been upfront from day one and has shown me I can trust her. We have had many battles with the Sunshine Coast Council, but Monica never gave up. She has researched and initiated appointments with the Council so that the ultimate goal was to sell the land. I would give her 10 stars, not five. Her positivity and enthusiasm to sell the land went far beyond any realestate agent I’ve have had business with. I believe more realestate agents should aspire to her professionalism. Congratulations Monica on selling the land. Thank you.

Monica kept me informed every step of the way. She was upfront with the buyers about my property - being an older house there were a few issues - and she knew how and who to to market it to. She definitely worked hard for me.

Monica is an integral part of Roger Loughnan Real Estate. She has been part of Roger’s Team for many years, and she brings a great knowledge of the local area and the people who live here, to how she works with you. I actually did the final part of my sale with Monica. She was great to deal with. It was Monica who managed to help make my sale happen. Afterwards it was seamless, and kept local and friendly, in the manner in which we proceeded. Thank you Monica Roger and Susan!
