Not once but twice, Robert has proven himself in quick succession, selling a second home for us. Robert is a master negotiator and is able to quickly hone in on potential buyers and negotiate the "sellers" price. Robert works for you the Seller and give it all he has plus some to get the deal over the line. We wish we had come across Robert a few years earlier.
