As with most people we were looking at selling our home, however, we were so overwhelmed with all the things we thought to need to do before we could sell. When Rob first came to our house, he was so excited about our home and highlighted the positive things and potential of the property which we couldn’t see. Rob gave as clear-cut guidelines, and it felt like he made the impossible possible. As soon as we agree to sell, he started to work relentlessly. Rob had to negotiate several times with the neighbour to cut down trees that block the city view before she agreed. He introduces us to one of the best handymen I’ve met so far. Within weeks our house was ready to go on the market. It sold in a short period, and at a price, we could imagine before Rob stepped onto our property.

Im a first home buyer and Robert went above and beyound to explain, guide and assist with my first home purchase. He went above and beyound in ensuring he was prompt in replies and communicated on a level I understood whilst taking the time explain the ins and outs that are often unknown to the novice. He was accurate honest and fair in his assessment of the property ensuring i wasnt left in the dark by any hidden issues that might impact myself or the seller. He was friendly approachable and wasnt trying to push a sale which allowed me time to talk through and work out the requirements for the property. This made it a pleasant, enjoyable and exciting life moment for me compared to multiple agents in the area. Robert is very open and transparent when discussing the property and communicating expecations and intentions of both the seller and the buyer.
