I bought a property from Rob recently. He is very hardworking and committed and does not delay any process nor let you dilly dally. He came to our place to get contract signed at 9 PM and literally went to seller at 10 PM to complete the contract. Very cunning and difficult to negotiate, which is good from seller's perspective. Effective communicator and approachable. Recommend him highly for the sellers and committed buyers.
