On our initial meeting with James, it was evident that he had an excellent knowledge of the real estate market in the Merimbula and Tura Beach areas. At this time James indicated that not only was he confident in selling the house, he also offered to assist us with other tasks associated with ensuring the house was well presented for sale. Within a short time James had organised cleaning, gardening, and staging of the house. He moved furniture and even put the weekly garbage bin in and out. He kept us well informed of developments in the sale of the house and within 3 days of the first open house, we had an offer on the home. We did not need to travel to Tura Beach during this time, knowing that James was managing all of this. The price offered for the home was beyond our expectations and we can only thank James for his professionalism in achieving this.
