He was very professional
James carried through the sales of our three units in a very professional way throughout abnormal times eg bush fires and then covid 19 . He exceeded our expectations . We recommend him as a gentleman and a property sales person .

Top of the game
James found the right buyer at the right time at the right price making it a win-win transaction. But James' practice of keeping us informed throughout the negotiations and followup was greatly appreciated. Many a sale has been lost between the lip and the sip. I’ve used James numerous times for property transactions in Merimbula. James is a very skilled knowledgeable agent. He’s very in tune with the market environment and what people want in property. Most importantly James is a thoroughly honest operator and a polite and very likeable person. He tells you what he genuinely thinks as it is. No attempts to just Tell you what you want to here. James is very patient, does not resort to strong arm tactics. He gets the best price for all parties involved. Overall a thoroughly decent person

Steve & Eve O'Brien worked really well in communicating with both myself & my wife.

Friendly trustworthy service
