James Cravana's professionalism showed through from start to finish. We agreed with his valuation of our property which we always believed to be the correct market valuation and his reasons for being substantially 'above' the valuations of the other agents that we consulted. James introduced several genuinely interested parties, gave us almost daily briefings on proceedings and ultimately achieved the correct 'sale price' in a very short time. We found all of the Sails staff to be very professional and consider ourselves fortunate to have made the right decision in selecting them and James in particular to act on our behalf. Cannot recommend James Cravana and the Sails team highly enough. By using them we believe that we finished with a significantly better result and more in our bank account than if we had listened to other agents.
