James was fantastic right from the start. As well as being a genuinely nice guy, he offered great advice and excellent communication, making contact on a regular basis. Sails arranged and subsidised a stylist and building inspection they also got a professional photographer to get the best look for marketing of my property. The house sold quickly, above list price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We’d all like our sale process to be quick, simple and stress free, but in our case it didn’t work out that way. Steve and the team at Sails helped guide, support and console us through the entire process and achieved an excellent result for both ourselves and our very patient purchasers.
