Fantastic Agent
Steve and the team at Sails were fantastic from the beginning. He communicated well and honestly with us throughout the sale of our property, from the Market appraisal to the exchange and gave us great advice. He has a very thorough knowledge of the real estate market and the local area which gave us the confidence that he would get the job done. Best man for the Job
Review on James Smith Hi its Steve and Yvonne Miller We purchased a house at 18 Teal Court Merimbula NSW using Sails Real Estate and James Smith was our sales consultant. We found James and organised and very communicative consultant who always made himself available for house views inc outside normal hours and weekends. I was recommended to consult SAILS REAL ESTATE by friends in Merimbula. From the first meeting I was impressed. The Agency's owner made very clear the proposed modus operandi they would adopt to sell our property. Signing up was a seamless exercise. Later that same day he invited his entire Sales team to meet us, and to inspect the property. James was the nominated lead Agent. Within days he phoned me indicating that he had some prospective purchasers to show through the Apartment. We were in residence and he was very understanding about interrupting our days too much. Thanks to him our property sold very quickly - with the price to our definite satisfaction. His "after-sales" service has also been much appreciated.
