My husband and I were more than greatly impressed with James Smith of Sails Real Estate. He sold us our new home in Coast Resort Merimbula via phone calls. We had stayed at the Resort and were looking to purchase there. Although he was acting on behalf of the vendor, he kept us in the loop at all times and had an easy telephone manner and was confident and was always helpful. No request or query was too much trouble and he was exceptionally patient at all times. He was able to provide all information requested and when we requested extra structural reports, etc. he was co-operative and helpful. He followed through on everything we asked and was available at all hours to answer our queries. We are delighted to know that a sales person of such calibre is available in our new area. I believe he satisfied his client (the vendor) and I know that he satisfied all our requirements. For that reason, should we ever wish to sell, we know that he would be the only person we would consider because of our personal experience with him. He is what we would all like real estate agents to be like.
