I asked William (leasing agent) to do a couple of measurements during the "open for inspection" of my property as well as take a couple of photos for quotes for new blinds. Not only did he do that, but he did so while showing 25 groups through the apartment, and then securing a great new tenant. His communication was easy and clear. I'd thoroughly recommend Schwarz.
