Impressive service
Performed to my expectations & better. Domenic in the initial stages & Emma after the tenant was selected were both extremely professional, easy to deal with & communicated back to me any queries that I had in a decent time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

Great agency!
We have worked with Schwartz RE in both managing our property and also putting our house on the market. Their team in both fields were experienced and professional. The management team especially were fabulous in sorting out a number of major hassles involving negotiations with insurance claims, tenants and tradesmen. They were invaluable. Communication, and personal service all with minimal fuss, made our dealings with Schwartz Real Estate a great experience.

Excellent service by team Schwarz!
I am a returning customer this time as a landlord and the team led by Cranston once again provided a superb and professional service. As one of the most experienced agent in Freshwater they know the market inside out and made thought out recommendations on renting strategy in a very tough market. I was pleased they were proactive, always provided an update after open house. Big shoutout to Dominic and the fine work he's done for us to secure a tenant. Would definitely recommend Schwarz and I would use their service again with full confidence.

Consistently inconsistent
I believe they have the skills and knowledge, and although I have one property manager, it seems that every time the office contacts me it’s someone different and it never seems to be the same person twice doing open homes. The notes on my file don’t get transferred over to the new tenant’s file resulting in me having to make repeated requests to attend mid term inspections and not getting notified of the inspection until after it’s happened.
