I believe they have the skills and knowledge, and although I have one property manager, it seems that every time the office contacts me it’s someone different and it never seems to be the same person twice doing open homes. The notes on my file don’t get transferred over to the new tenant’s file resulting in me having to make repeated requests to attend mid term inspections and not getting notified of the inspection until after it’s happened.

I have nothing but praise for the people at Schwarz Real Estate. They took over the management of the property that i was leasing a while ago. At every stage of the lease, they were open, helpful, transparent and always able to provide a quick response to any query or request i put through to them. I was provided ample assistance in vacating the property, having not had to do this before. They helped with the cleaning contacts, and return of my bond which was great. Having been in the property for close to 7 years, i was pleased with the final review and their understanding of general wear and tear on the property - it was very fair. I have let them know i'd love to deal with them, when i move back into the area in 12 months and would hesitate recommending the team to anyone - special shout out to Hanna Carney and Christina Han for all the help over the lease. Cheers Guys!
