Some years ago I tried to sell an investment unit at a time when prices were escalating. I had two proposals from real estate agents. One proposal was simple and had a realistic price range. The other proposal was elaborate but indicated a higher price range. I chose the agent with the elaborate proposal. He gave feedback on a regular basis and when things appeared to change in the market he was quite straight forward. I indeed needed to sell within a defined timeframe and this was achieved. Cranston was a standout agent from the first meeting. He knew the area intimately, and was available to answer the many questions that we had as a first time seller. Explained the process clearly and confidently and communicated with us several times a week to keep us up to date on the progress. The most impressive part of the service was that he would contact every single person that viewed our property after the inspections, and would provide us with a detailed report, every week. As a potential home buyer as well, I know that not all agents do this. Cranston also has a lot of third party contacts that were all very professional as well and this made the whole process of selling very simple. Highly recommended.
