Cranston was a standout agent from the first meeting. He knew the area intimately, and was available to answer the many questions that we had as a first time seller. Explained the process clearly and confidently and communicated with us several times a week to keep us up to date on the progress. The most impressive part of the service was that he would contact every single person that viewed our property after the inspections, and would provide us with a detailed report, every week. As a potential home buyer as well, I know that not all agents do this. Cranston also has a lot of third party contacts that were all very professional as well and this made the whole process of selling very simple. Highly recommended.

I have had a fairly long relationship with Cranston for many years. He sold me my apartment in the Catalinas' building in Queenscliff about 11 years ago. During the time that I have owned the property Cranston was also responsible for managing it as a rental for about 2 years. I was very happy with the way he and his team managed the rental. The renters were great, every inspection was positive and the rent was never delayed. So, when it was time for me to sell the apartment to buy a house, it was only natural to use LJ Hooker Freshwater to make the sale for us. We have always been happy with them before. Cranston was very hands and talked us through the whole process, every part of the way. He is very professional and available 24/7 with any questions.
