Throughout the whole process of arranging an inspection time, ensuring that the property was clean and ready for me to move in, to taking care of all the paperwork quickly and accurately, Robert was friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. The same level of friendly professionalism was evident when I wanted to break the lease early because I found a place closer to my mother. Robert managed to find a new tenant quickly, and was every bit as helpful with the move out process as when I moved in. Moving house can be very stressful, but the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and Robert's friendly, professional manner all helped to make the process as smooth as it could be.
